How to Request Account Deletion
If you want to delete your Earn Money account and associated data, please contact us by email.

When sending your request, please include the email address or user ID used in the Earn Money app so we can verify and process your request.
Data Deleted
After verifying your request, we may delete or anonymize the following data:
- Account information
- Email address
- User ID
- Username or profile information
- Points, coins, diamonds, and reward history
- Transfer or transaction history
Data We May Keep
Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.
Processing Time
We try to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
